1. nmap ‘ ip address‘ of metasploitable, to check wheather ftp port is open

2. start msfconsole

3. Search for ftp_login and use the scanner first

4. Set the options for the exploit

5. run the exploit

7.2 Metasploit – Payloads and Backdoors

1. search and use unreak 3281

2. set the parameters of your exploit and run

~ Successfully gained the reverse shell
